Return & Refund Policy – MagiCast™ Projector

At MagiCast™, every projector is carefully prepared and tested to deliver the highest quality experience for your tabletop adventures. Because each unit is made and inspected with care, we want to make our policies clear and fair.


🛑 Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before the projector has been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You must wait until the projector is delivered and then follow the instructions provided for returns or refunds, if applicable.

To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@magicast.shop with your order number.


🧾 Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if the projector is in its original packaging, unopened, undamaged, and unused.

To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

All return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Important:
Once access to the MagiCast Maps Library has been granted, the order becomes non-refundable. At that point, we are no longer able to offer returns or refunds, as digital access cannot be revoked.

If an issue arises after map access has been granted, we will gladly assist with exchanges or replacements in cases where the projector arrives damaged or defective.


📦 Opened Packages

Once a projector package has been opened, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrived damaged or defective.

If that happens, please email support@magicast.shop within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue and packaging. Our team will inspect the case and provide a resolution.


🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen after delivery, as these situations are beyond our control.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact your local carrier or post office to file a claim.
